Exhibitor feedback:
“TXCA & CLE 2026 was a great success for us, and it fully met our expectations. The visitors were knowledgeable and engaged, and we had productive discussions with existing and new customers and distributors. We were able to strengthen established partnerships and meet many potential customers, while the high standard of the exhibitors and innovations on display gave us further confidence in the industry’s future. We will continue to develop our presence in Asia and offer customers a more comprehensive range of solutions, and we look forward to returning for the next edition.”
Mr Bob Calver, COO, Alliance Laundry Systems
“For us, taking part in the fair is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate JENSEN’s capabilities and present our products. More importantly, it allows us to meet customers and discuss opportunities for cooperation, recent technological developments, service solutions and their future needs. We have participated in TXCA & CLE and Texcare globally for many years. We have noticed an increase in customers, more activity overall, and a growing presence of overseas visitors, which is particularly important to us.”
Mr Martin Rauch, CEO, Jensen Group
“The level of service has only continued to improve, with thoughtful and comprehensive support throughout the fair. Technology featured prominently, with plenty of new ideas and developments in artificial intelligence, digitalisation and internet-based applications. It gave us an opportunity to present our innovative solutions, see first-hand where the industry is heading and make new connections across the sector.”
Mr Jing Gu, General Manager Assistant, Jiangsu Chuandao Washing Machinery Technology Co Ltd
“We return to TXCA & CLE each year to present our brand and products, as well as the capabilities of China’s laundry industry and domestically manufactured industrial laundry equipment to customers worldwide. The fair was lively and attracted many visitors relevant to our business. Our newly upgraded product range was well received by customers from China and overseas, many of whom visited our stand to discuss the products in greater detail. We also exchanged views with industry colleagues on developments across the sector.”
Mr Aaron Zhang, General Manager, Jiangsu SEA-LION Machinery Co Ltd
“The exhibition far exceeded our expectations. We secured multiple on-site orders for three-machine pressing sets, as well as a significant number of online orders, enquiries and potential project leads. The fair also brought us into contact with more overseas customers and gave us opportunities to explore new international markets. As an equipment manufacturer, Sankosha places great value on TXCA & CLE as a major industry platform in Asia, and we hope it will help us continue growing our international business.”
Mr Chunfan Zhang, General Manager, Sankosha (Dalian) Co Ltd
“At TXCA & CLE, we spoke in depth with customers and industry peers from China and overseas. We received positive feedback on our equipment’s performance and technical direction, as well as useful suggestions for future development. The fair showed that the industry is adopting smarter technology at an accelerating pace, with advanced solutions increasingly put to practical use. The professionalism of buyers and the quality of the matches improved noticeably, making connections between buyers and suppliers more efficient and strengthening our confidence in the industry’s future.”
Mr Bin Fu, Technical Expert, Shanghai Weishi Machinery Co Ltd
Visitor feedback:
“We brought 25 association members to visit the exhibition. Geographically, Australia is a vast country, meaning that cross-regional operations require overcoming the challenges that come with long distances. Australia also faces an ageing labour market and volatile energy prices. TXCA & CLE has helped our members get a full picture of robotics and the latest technology in the sector, and everyone has been especially interested in robotic solutions for handling clean linen.”
Ms Rita Morrison, CEO, Laundry Association Australia
“TXCA & CLE is a prestigious platform for exchange and collaboration in the laundry and dyeing industry, and its influence continues to grow year on year. We organised more than ten member companies from Beijing to exhibit, sharing their experience in franchise operations and online laundry services with businesses across China. The fair also helps us follow global developments and bring advanced technologies, equipment and industry knowledge back to our member companies.”
Mr Jidong Guo, President, Beijing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association
“TXCA & CLE is Asia's largest event for the laundry industry, covering equipment, chemicals and professional solutions, and remains the most important platform for our association. We noted a marked rise in equipment exhibitors and a wider range of new technologies and product launches. The fair connects the Chinese and international laundry industries and continues to push the sector towards more sustainable, intelligent and standardised practices. It also allows mainland enterprises to benchmark against international best practice, which we bring back to benefit our members in Shanxi.”
Mr Tao Zhang, Vice President, Shanxi Laundry Industry Association
“This exhibition is very much a technology-centric event. Some countries are ahead of Indonesia in this area, and there's a lot we can learn from their experience. During our visit, we saw a range of frontier technologies, including artificial intelligence. Water resource management is also a pressing need in our region, so we've valued the chance to see first-hand how the industry is developing in other countries.”
Ms Maria Eva Sriulina, Chairwoman, Association of Laundry Entrepreneurs Indonesia
