Against the pristine backdrop of the Flores Sea, the festival brought together swimmers from the Indonesia National Swim Team, East Java Province Swim Team, and local swim clubs, alongside passionate enthusiasts from the local community and expatriates from Russia, Brazil, and Japan. The gathering celebrated sportsmanship, adventure, and the authentic natural splendor of Komodo National Park.
This year’s festival welcomed 46 registered participants, with 41 swimmers competing across three distinctive categories: 10,000m Open, 5,000m Master, and 2,000m Master & Junior.

In the 5,000m Master category, Alexander Taraskin and Bianca Marcon, a Brazilian triathlete, coach, and content creator, dominated the 30–39 age group in the male and female categories, respectively. Meanwhile, Colin Wilbhy captured attention as the only participant in the 60+ category, completing the race with an outstanding time of 01:58:41.
In the 2,000m Master & Junior category, Satria Chandra and Fiorenza Elysia Ngera excelled as 14–19 junior champions, recording the fastest times across all participants, showcasing the promising and engaging future of Indonesian swimming.
The races unfolded along the stunning Wae Rana Beach at TA’AKTANA, where the crystalline waters of Labuan Bajo provided an unforgettable course. The spirit of competition comes together in one narrative: Dilaokku Kallumangku – My Ocean, My Life.
