SIAL Food & Drinks Indonesia 2026: Connecting Indonesia's F&B Industry with Global Markets

Hotelier Indonesia Digital Magazine

Indonesia's food and beverage industry is attracting attention from businesses seeking new products, suppliers, technologies and regional growth opportunities. From food manufacturing and distribution to hotel procurement and restaurant operations, access to reliable business partners remains essential.

Against this backdrop, SIAL Food & Drinks Indonesia 2026 will return to Jakarta on 4–6 November 2026, bringing international food and beverage businesses together at Hall B and C, JIExpo Kemayoran.

More than 500 brands from 13 countries and territories

According to the event announcement, the exhibition will occupy 18,000 square metres and feature more than 500 participating brands from 13 countries and territories: the United States, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Egypt, France, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.

As part of the international SIAL Network, the event aims to connect local producers and distributors with international buyers while providing overseas businesses with an opportunity to explore Indonesia's food and beverage market.

For Indonesian businesses, these connections may help support export development, supplier discovery, product innovation and access to international industry knowledge.

Three programs to watch

The 2026 edition will feature three highlighted programs:

  • SIAL Innovation: Recognising innovative products in the food and beverage sector.
  • SIAL Culinary Masters Asia: An international culinary competition launching in Indonesia before continuing to Vietnam and Malaysia.
  • Indonesia Barista Championship 2026/2027: A professional coffee competition showcasing barista skills and beverage preparation.

The exhibition will also cover ingredients, food processing and packaging machinery, packaged food and beverages, bakery products, coffee, tea, cocoa and kitchen equipment.

Why hospitality professionals should pay attention

For hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies and foodservice operators, supplier selection can influence product consistency, operating costs and guest experience.

An international trade exhibition provides an opportunity to compare products, meet potential suppliers, explore equipment and assess solutions relevant to purchasing and operations. Distributors and importers may also use the event to investigate new brands and commercial partnerships.

Food logistics joins the exhibition

SIAL Food & Drinks Indonesia 2026 will take place alongside Indonesia Food Transport & Logistics Expo 2026.

The colocated event will focus on transportation, storage and cold-chain solutions for food businesses. Bringing F&B companies and logistics providers together in one venue may help businesses explore distribution partnerships and supply-chain requirements.
