Bali’s culinary calendar heats up as Ubud Food Festival returns from 28–31 May 2026 in Ubud, bringing together leading chefs, global collaborations, and immersive dining experiences.

With less than a month to go, the festival has revealed its highly anticipated Special Events programme, featuring top culinary talent from across Asia and beyond.

This year’s edition welcomes standout names from Bangkok and Indonesia’s leading kitchens:

A one-night-only showcase at Samsara Ubud, where three chefs reinterpret Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage through a six-course menu paired with cocktails.


Bangkok After Dark at Indus

Held at Indus Restaurant, this event brings Bangkok’s street food energy to Ubud, led by Joe Napol with bold, contemporary Thai flavours.


Ten Courses in the Jungle

At Capella Ubud, chefs Arvie Delvo and Petty Pandean-Elliott present a refined ten-course dining journey inspired by land, sea, and fire.


MoVida x Santanera Collaboration

Set in Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, this one-night event blends modern Latin cuisine with tropical influences in one of Ubud’s most iconic venues.
