2025 Seafood Excellence Asia Awards Finalists Announced

Singapore (27 August 2025) – Seafood Expo Asia, organized by Diversified, today announced the eight finalists for the annual Seafood Excellence Asia Awards 2025. These innovative seafood products, coming from different parts of the world, will compete for the title of Best New Seafood Product at the upcoming Seafood Expo Asia, taking place from 10–12 September in Singapore.

Selection Criteria

The finalists were chosen based on multiple factors including innovation, packaging, pricing, and market acceptance. The 2025 competition showcases the rising demand for premium and innovative seafood products across Asia’s retail and foodservice markets.

Judging and Awards

The live judging and tasting session will take place on the first day of the show at the Product Showcase (stand #D19). The judging panel includes high-volume seafood buyers and industry experts from retail and foodservice sectors across Asia. Winners of the awards will be revealed at the end of day one.

About the Seafood Excellence Asia Awards

The awards are an extension of the Seafood Excellence Awards held at Seafood Expo North America and Seafood Expo Global. Each year, seafood buyers evaluate and select the best seafood products for the retail and HORECA (hotel, restaurant, catering) sectors. All entries, including the finalists, will be showcased at the Product Showcase during the event.
