Throughout the four-day event, Hall 3 will host a range of highlight programs, including prestigious competitions such as Foodtouristic, featuring hot kitchen and pastry chef categories, and the Indonesia Coffee Championship (ICC) West Region, which includes the Indonesia Barista Championship (IBC) and Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship (ICTC), organized by SCAI

Attendees can also look forward to talk shows, cooking demos by Chef Sisca Soewitomo and Chef Yongki, and panel discussions with F&B professionals, industry leaders, and celebrated chefs sharing fresh insights and innovations in the culinary and hospitality fields.
