About the Event

Co-organised by Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) Asia and Conference Exhibition Management Services (CEMS), Restaurant Asia (RA) 2023 will respond to some of the challenges faced by the F&B industry in Singapore and around the region. The marketplace has been quick to respond to the challenges faced by the F&B industry with solutions that contribute to optimisation of human resource, internationalisation, automation & digitalisation and sustainability.

The cluster of events will be an excellent platform for companies to reach out and network with trade buyers - the launchpad of solutions for stakeholders of the industry. This year, the show will continue to feature sectors such as Halal food and ingredients, plant-based food products, and the fast-growing sector of the Organic market, the RAS Leadership Symposium and the inaugural JIU Asia 2023.

Exhibitors and visitors at Restaurant Asia 2022. JIU Asia 2023, a ticketed segment, is the show’s first spirits feature hosting independent and local brands, white-label selections, rare casks and collections. Over three exploratory and experiential days, independent and local bottlers, distillery representatives and industry professionals will congregate with business leaders, entrepreneurs, Key Opinion Leaders, Chambers and trade association members, enthusiasts and aficionados. Treat your palate to a new world of flavours at tasting sessions, learn about whisky and Baijiu at a curated masterclass, or embark on a sensory journey by savouring new and different variants of the Chinese Baijiu.

RA 2023 will be held in conjunction with the 10th Café Asia 2023 and 9th Sweets & Bakes Asia 2023 under the International Coffee & Tea Asia (ICTA) 2023 umbrella, showcasing a specially curated sourcing platform for the key facets of the cafes, coffee businesses, tea establishments and bakeries.
