Our first priority is always the safety and security of the delegates and speakers who join us at the Direct Booking Summit. As such we have taken the difficult but necessary decision to postpone the Direct Booking Summit to 3 - 4 February, 2021.

During these tough times, we’re working hard to help hoteliers share their advice and expertise on how to navigate this crisis, and today we've launched a series of regional crisis management webinars. You can watch the recording of the APAC webinar, featuring Chetan Patel, Vice President, Digital & CRM, ONYX, and Dr Mario Hardy, CEO, PATA or sign up for the EMEA version with Joe Pettigrew, SVP Commercial Strategy at YOTEL, taking place on March 25th.

We’ll be providing more opportunities for the hotel community to share data and learnings in the coming months, so stay tuned for further updates.
